At BoBo-Craft, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you’ve planned ahead or need your product ASAP. As all our items are made-to-order, production and shipping times may vary depending on the order volume and delivery method chosen.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
The total time it takes to receive your order includes two main components: production time and shipping time.

Production Time: The time it takes for your order to be created and processed. This depends on our production queue, which may shift based on order volume.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for your package to reach its destination after leaving our warehouse. This can vary based on the shipping provider and your location.

Where We Ship From
At BoBo-Craft, we operate from two key locations to efficiently serve both US and Canada customers. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from either our US-based or Canada-based warehouse.

US Orders: We ship from Sweet Grass, MT, using trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Canada Orders: For customers in Canada, orders are shipped from Calgary, AB via Canada Post, Chitchat, or Uniuni... depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
We aim to offer the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options from both locations to ensure your personalized gifts arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
Shipping Speed Options for US and Canada
We offer various shipping speeds depending on your location and the items in your cart:
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
- Priority Shipping: 4-6 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-4 business days
Note: For Canada address, it may take longer due to Canada shipping system. All delivery times include both production and shipping times. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day.
Shipping to International Orders

Depending on the product and country, international shipping can take between 2-5 weeks (business days).

Pickup at Local Store
If you live near one of our local stores, you can choose the “pickup” option at checkout. This service is free, and you can collect your order directly from the store.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package. Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you see no tracking information initially, don't worry—it just means the carrier hasn't updated their system yet. If the tracking status hasn’t been updated or if the package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Important Shipping Notes

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address. Additionally, if you request the carrier to redirect or forward the package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

Unexpected Delays: Sometimes, delivery may experience delays due to unforeseen issues with suppliers or delivery carriers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons or holidays (like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or national holidays in Canada and the US), shipping times may be longer than usual.

International Orders: Please note that international orders may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are out of our control. We advise you to be aware of your local customs regulations, as these fees may delay delivery or result in extra charges.

Made-to-Order Products: Since all our products are made-to-order, there may be instances where items are shipped separately once they are finished. We will cover any additional shipping costs to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible.
